I have a new internal hard drive and would like to put all my info on my old
on to the new. The old hard drive is internal to on a desktop. Can I put all
the old on to CDs fom my desktop? Thanks all.

If it is data copy and paste should work for you. If it is installed program
files, you will need the installation cd's.

Why bother with CDs? (Unless you want backups.) Install the old drive as a
slave and just copy the files you want to the new one with Windows Explorer
or other file manager.
