Transfering email accounts

Hello - I moved from one city to another city. Same cable service. I am
creating a new email address and will no longer use my old one. What happens
to my contacts, Inbox and personal folders? I want to keep them but use a
different email address to reflect the new city I am in.

keep them but use a different email address to reflect the new city I
am in.

Nothing will happen to them if you don't do anything to them. The account
you use to send and receive mail has no bearing on the local message store
where your prior messages are kept. The only thing that may chenge whether
or not you can see them is if you create a new mail profile and then don't
include your PST in that profile.
