transfering data from old to new computer all in outlook xp 2000

How do I transfer all of my outlook info from old computer to new one
Do I export pst. files on old computer to cd and then import from cd o
new computer? Not sure how to export and import to C

Don't import/export -- just copy the .PST file to the CD, then copy it to
the hard drive on the new computer, remove the read-only attribute, and tell
Outlook to use that one as your default mail store.
