I am trying to transfer my address book from Outlook Express 6 to Outlook
2002. The Microsoft transfer wizard works for the "Main Identity Contacts"
but will not move the sub-groups I have created. Is there a way to transfer
the entire address book? If not will an upgrade to Outlook 2003 solve the
problem? If that doesn't work is there a third party software program that
will work? I REALLY don't want to re-type it all.

No. You can only import your main Contacts Folder.

Been a long time since I used OE, but considering the previous answer (can
only do Main Contacts), I'd suggest you export the main contacts from OE to
O. Then delete main contacts from OE and move the first subgroup to the
main contact folder. Export them then delete them. Keep this up till all
are moved/exported/deleted.

All this presupposes you can move your subgroups in OE as easily as you can
in O.
