Transfer Win98 settings to WinXP

I purchased a new computer with WinXP Home edition
preinstalled and would like to transfer settings from my
old machine with Win98. The new computer does not come
with an installation CD and I do not a have network. I
need the files that should be moved over from computer to
computer.
