Transfer user settings for new server installation

How can I avoid having to setup each individual XP workstation when I change
to a new server? When I join the domain it creates a new user under document
and settings. I then have to manually copy outlook settings, favorites,
desktop, etc., from their previous login. Is their a simple way to copy all
settings from on login user to another?

Hi

you can use File and Settings Transfer Wizard to copy and transfer the user
settings. The wizard is in All Programs\Accessories\System Tools menu.

You can also right-click on My Computer and go to Properties. Here you can
go to the Advanced Tab and choose user profiles. You can then copy the old
profile to the new login in the domain. Make sure you login one time as the
new domain user first so it creates the profile. It will copy all the
desktop and user settings as well as email accounts and My Docs.
