Transfer system to bigger drive

Hello
WinXPSP2.
I have WinXP on a 4G hard drive in Fat32
Now that I have a almost empty 28G second drive (NTFS)
I would like to transfer the system to the bigger drive, if possible.
Is there any freeware to help with this?

Ted, go to acronis true image and download a fully functional cloning
trial software. I did mine that way, with my new drive mounted on a USB
carrier.

xxcopy worked for me.

For a solid XP cloning program that is free, go to xxclone.com and
download the free version. Excellent program as well as one of a couple
that will transfer a complete XP HDD to another because the registry is
dynamic. Read the docs before using....
