transfer Outlook e-mail/calendar data to new log-in

They recently updated our server and changed the network name. This changes
how I log into my computer. Is there a way to transfer my old Outlook
e-mails and calendars to the new log-in? I am using the same name and
password, just logging into a network instead of the workstation. I hate to
lose years of data.

Log back into the workstation and locate your PST file. Where this PST is
located will vary depending on what version of Windows you have, but you can
search your drive for it (just be sure to enable the option to included
hidden and system folders in the search).

Once you've located the PST, copy it to a neutral location (like the root of
the C: drive or a subfolder of it).

Once done, log off, then log into the domain. Open Outlook, and then click
on File --> Open --> Outlook Data File. Browse to the PST you copied out of
your other profile and open it. Now you can move your old content into your
new PST.

The reason I suggest copying the PST out of your old profile is depending on
your local computer rights you may not be able to browse to the local
profile's PST location while logged in using your domain account.
