Transfer one account to another?

Is it possible to transfer the files and settings of one XP Pro administrator
account to the default Administrator account? I've never used the default
account due to the Welcome screen issue (which I've since learnt about and
resolved), but would now like to transfer all files and settings to it from
the administrator account I created. As the Files and Settings Transfer
Wizard is only for transferring between computers, I don't know if this can
be done.

Actually thats not at all true about the FTW,open the FTW from the xp cd
(perform other tasks),set as old computer,select files,settings,etc for it to
save,save to new folder that you created,once its thru,move to a cd.Once in
the account to recieve the FTW,set as new computer,run the FTW...Also,with
data on a cd,you now also have a back-up

Just to clarify:
1) Why open the wizard from the XP CD, and not the hard drive?
2) What do you mean by 'set as old computer'? It sounds like some sort of
restore.
3) Saving to new folder: is this part of the back-up process saved to the
hard drive during the wizard, for me to then 'move to a CD' (or possibly DVD)
manually?
4) 'Once in the account' (presumably the account I wish to transfer to),
what is involved in '[setting] as new computer', which you seem to imply is
prior to running the wizard?
