Transfer Of Email Files From Old To New Computer

Just purchased new computer running XP (filing system -
NTFS) as the operating system. Old computer is running
2000 PRO (filing system - FAT32). How do I transfer my
Email files from the old to the new computer?
 
files and transfer setting...plus your backups of data....your welcome...
