transfer history from one pc to another

Is it possible to transfer the IE history from one computer
to another? In this case W92 -> WXP.

oops, I meant Windows 98 to Windows XP.

any ideas?

2 problems I have are
1) I don't know where they are stored on XP
2) they appear in Windows Explorer in a different form from how are actually
stored (at least in Windows 98).
This may make copying them difficult.
