transfer files from frontpage

I am in the process of transitioning the responsibilities of our website to
another individual. Is there a way to transfer Frontpage Files to another
user? If so, how?

If the new individual has FrontPage..and the current site has the FrontPage
extensions installed on it..the easiest way would be for the new individual
to open the live site..and publish that back down to his computer. You would
need to supply the new individual with the user name and password so he
could open the live site
