Transfer Email messages from WIN98SE to WIN XP Pro on New install

I Installed a new hard drive and WIN XP PRO on the computer. I copied the EMAIL
MESSAGE FILES (*.dbx) to WIN XP and it shows in the directory on the new
hard drive, however: it does not show these messages in Outlook Express 6.0
on the new hard drive. What am I missing in this transfer?

You need to either put the files in the default location that OE uses, or
tell OE to now default to the location you've put the files.
