Transfer Email Address Book from Outlook Express to Outlook

I have the address book from OE on disk but can't find a
location in Outlook to transfer the info into. Any
ideas? The thought of retyping it again is enough to
make me weep. Any help? Bill
 
Right church, wrong pew.
File>EXPORT to a floppy or CD, then import from that
media.
