Transfer call from TAPI to FaxServer to receive fax

Hello All
How can i transfer call from TAPI application to FaxServer to receive
incoming fax ?

Fax server gets the calls from TAPI to receive the fax by default unless
someone is eating the call before fax server had a chance to process.
