Transfer calendar entries from one Outlook account to another

Is it possible to send my calendar entries from home to my work account? I am
trying to amalgamate the two.

open a new personal folder in outlook.
transfer calendar entries from your default folder to calender of new
personal folder.
disconnect personal folder and then copy it to a removable drive.
At work open the new outlook data file and then copy calender entries.
bye
