transfer all email, address etc to another pc

Running w98se and Microsoft Outlook 2000, wish to copy all these above info
before reformat. I have another pc (which have Microsoft Outlook XP) how can
I copy over, please advice.

The file you need to back up is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
