Transcribing Arabic into Roman letters

How do I type a dot under the s,d,t,z,r, and n to represent the "dark"
letters in Arabic Hindi, and Sanskrit?
 
Insert > Symbol. Those characters are already available, in mainstream
fonts, in the upper reaches of the Unicode set.
