Trans photos to CD

I tried selecting/copying photos from digital camera to a file folder on my
"Photo CD". Would not go; said CD was "Write Proteceted". How can I change
the CD to receive digital photos from "Camedia Master"?
Thanks!

If you are referring to a Photo CD from a
retail photo printer...the disk would be closed
and no additional files can be added.

Try using a new blank CD.

Thanks John,

The CD I'm trying to transfer the digital pictures to is a CD-RW that I have
been using in the past. 'Have many files with lots of pictures on it and have
never had this problem before.
I just treid again by creating a new sub-folder, in the file I was trying to
copy to, and they copied from my camera with digital numbers instead of what
I had renamed the pics. So now in that new sub I have two sets of the pics,
one with numerical names, then when I open the folder it has the pics
renamed. I have tried to delete the sub-folder and the pic files, with
numerical names, but can't do it for some reason?
At least, now I have them saved on my "Photo CD"; twice in the folder I want
them in, and again in the sub-folder of that folder. Obviously I'm new at
this.
Thanks again for reading my problem.

I still say..."Try using a new blank CD-R".
My personal opinion is that CD-RWs
are not reliable. As cheaply as you can
purchase CD-Rs I can see no reason to
use re-writable media.
