Tracks Remover for IE History not working?

Does the Tracker Remover for IE History work in the Beta?
When I bring up IE, If I pull down the address listbox, it
is empty, but...
If I type directly into the Address bar, it shows the list
of all the sites I've visited.
Repro:
1 Launch IE 6.0.2900.2180.xpsp_sp2_rtm.040803-2158
2 type www.microsoft.com into the address bar and hit enter
3 type www.msn.com into the address base and hit enter
4 view the address bar's dropdown list to verify you have
at least 2 items in the dropdown
5 go to MS AntiSpyware tool and remove *all* tracks
6 launch a new instance of the IE browser
7 confirm that the address bar's dropdown list is empty
8 type the letter "m" into the address bar
9 you will see the list of all your sites that started
with the letter "m" automatically drop down.
10 I confirmed that these entries are not in my Favorites
list, and are not in the favorites of another user account
on the system.

Thats cookie issue, in Internet Explorer go to Tools > Internet Options >
Clear History.

It does erase history but not the tracks for type ahead
auto complete on web addresses. I'd like that erased.
However, if I take off auto complete for web addresses in
IE Internet Options, I get sent out to MSN search
everytime such as when I go to CNN then ctrl enter to
complete.
