Tracks from On Demand or Any such won't play/why??

I have Musicmatch On Demand and I can't get the tracks to play. They go to
the playlist and just skip. This is 10.1 I have gotten nowhere with support
at all. No fixes correct it. So...I downloaded Napster and signed up for
their service to see what happens and I get the same type of thing, and the
tracks wown't play. What do I need to do to correct this?? I really have no
clue at all. If someone wants to go remote, be my guest
