Tracking user's usage of the Internet

This question is to the systems admins:

I have been asked by a user's supervisor to track his usage of the internet.
He is suspected of playing the casino and other games during working hours.

Does anyone know if there is a way I can do that? We never had to deal with
a situation like this in our small company.

If you feel it absolutely necessary, there are programs available which can
monitor activity. Monitoring can include taking ScreenShots at timed intervals,
key logging, and other functions. Alternatively, there exist tools which would
enable the real-time observation of the subject computer.
