Tracking Tab for Meeting Requests

I am responsible for the calendar for one of our physicians. I sent out a
meeting request, but cannot locate the tracking tab to track attendees. I
opened the request from the Sent Items folder as well as the appointment
time itself. There is no tab.

Why doesn't it show?
