yes click on advanced tools and a new window will open
where you will find track eraser. check the boxes you
wish the tracker will erase thats it from then on
whenever you want to erase tracks click on erase tracks

Actually, all that Microsoft has said is that cookie scanning functionality
is under consideration for a future beta release. I suspect the current
phrasing that you mention may be correct, but Microsoft hasn't said that
anyplace I've heard, anyway.
