Tracking Changes Within Comments

Is it possible for changes to comments to be tracked with the Track Changes
feature? This was possible in Word 2000. In Word 2003 the Comments seem to
be a kind of a change, and so changes made to the comments themselves are
not marked with underline or strikethrough.

Is there a setting that I can use to make Word 2003 track these changes like
Word 2000? Does anyone have some ideas for me?
