track changes

I have a word document that has been revised many times. lI want to track
only NEW changes to the document. But whenever I click on track changes, I
see changes from the entire history of the ducument.

Any suggestions?

Have you accepted the changes on previous occasions? I have an idea changes
will show up until you accept them, then at that the accept changes point
they become and form an "original" document without changes.

Turn off Track Changes and accept all the existing changes, then turn Track
Changes back on.
