Is it possible to set the color "By Author" and then the same author make new
changes but in a different color? We wish to print this out and indicate the
new changes for that particular edit in a different color. We have tried
this by entering a different "User" on the "Options" tab but the color keeps
changing each time we open the document. Also, the "User" color changes
every day on the computer.

Any ideas? Our goal is to be able to have an original document, a "redline"
document showing ALL changes in one color and then a final document. BUT, we
wish to show NEW daily changes in Red or Blue.
