Track changes by author

When a coworker views the changes I have made, she is seeing all changes in
two colors. She has "by author" as default color. However, only one author
has made changes to that document using one computer. I'm stumped as to why
the changes are in blue AND red. Any ideas?

When you hover over blue changes and over red changes, does it show
different UserIDs? (If the same person made changes on different
computers, the UserIDs would likely be different.)

Or maybe, insertions are in one color and deletions in another?
