Track Changes

Word 2003 -- when I hover over a tracked change, it no longer shows the
reviewer's name, date, time, etc. Any ideas??
 
Try Tools, Options, View tab and check the ScreenTips box in the Show panel.

I have my screen tips selected but when I hover my screen tip only appears
for a split second then disappears so I can not read it. Any ideas on how to
resolve this issue?
