Track changes - next change automatically

In previous versions of Word, there was an option when reviewing changes to
be able to accept or reject a change, then automatically go to the next
change. This meant you only had to click the Accept or Reject buttons. In
Word 2003, it seems you have to always click Next Change after Accept/Reject.
This means a lot more button clicking. Is there a way to implement the
"auto next change" feature in 2003?

You can restore the old functionality using Tools | Customize. In the All
Commands category on the Commands tab, scroll down to ToolsReviewRevisions
and drag that to your Reviewing toolbar. This button will open the dialog
you are used to.
