Track Changes - Macro to utilise W2K functionailty in XP

Please help

We had a major issue with track changes when we deployed Office-XP. The user wanted to hide deletions and just show the vertical bar to indicate that changes had been made, they absolutely did not want the balloons.

We found a macro on this site that implemented a change so that we could do the above, but now we can't change the track changes options?

Hi, JulieG. Just modify the track changes macro to effect the track changes options you want, and run the macro again. You could also save a couple of versions of the macro under different names in the template so you can easily switch between different track changes "milieus".
