track changes in outlook

I want to edit email like we do in Word. But "track changes" in my outlook is
not turn on, it is disabled. How can I enable it? It is enabled in word.

I am also having this problem, I would like to track changes in outlook but
the "track changes" button is greyed out. Did you get an answer for this? I
would appreciate some help with this.
