Track changes - How to Show the baloon with the name of the autho

How do I see which changes were made by which author (also known as a
reviewer)? Usually I Hover the mouse over the tracked change and A balloon
appears that shows you the name of the author. How do I turn back this
feature on again to see the balloon?

Tools - Options - Track Changes. Change the option to Always for Use Balloons
(print and web layout)

Thanks much for the help. I must have confused you when i said balloons. I
am actually talking about when I mouse over a "change" it would pop-up a
small window saying who the author is...
