TR/Dldr.ConHook.Gen gets AntiVir stuck in a loop

I updated Avira AntiVir and ran a scan.

It detected TR/Dldr.ConHook.Gen in kdbdsp.dll and said
it could not be deleted.
Next time I boot Windows, it detects this nasty file.
I select quarantine, and a few seconds later it
gives alert again for kbddsp.dll. I try delete but
it comes back. I try deny access, but a few seconds
later the alert pops up. It is stuck in a loop
detecting this particular trojan.
I had to boot from a floppy, and delete the
offending file. I checked first on another PC
- it did not have any kbddsp.dll in Windows directory.
I haven't had this problem before (my missus
seems to attract zillions of worms, dialers, spywares,
pingbots etc. on her PC).
What' so special about this trojan?
And where does it come from, if anybody knows?
