Total Uninstall 2.35 questions for any users

Please help--especially for question #1.

I have not used it but Total Uninstall 2.35 seems to be a great
program, however, I can't find any answers to a couple questions.

(It will be used within Win 98 SE.)

1) Does it document anything it doesn't uninstall? (Reviewers of earlier
versions--and the creator--suggest that there *is* stuff left behind,
but I am willing to change/delete delete something if I know where to
look ...)

2) In which ways is it better than the other 2.x versions? (Everyone
says 2.35 is "better" or "fixed" but no one says how.)

Yes, it displays a box after it has completed its task showing items
deleted in black, or items not found in blue, and items that it could
not uninstall in red, along with the reason, such as folders/files "in
use", folders/files not empty, and registry keys with subordinate
entries. Just to be sure, you can manually fix the identified items,
the rerun the uninstall. Once again, you'll get the box indicating
status of all items, and if you have successfully manually removed the
items, you get a "Uninstall complete with no errors" message.

Answer to question #2:

! Bug fixed
+ Added feature
* Improvement/modification

Version 2.35
! Crash while scanning some systems
! Wrong line added in the uninstall log that a delete file operation
succeeded but, in fact, that operation was not done in that phase because
the file was shared
! Memory leaks removed
+ New translations added
* Updated program home page
