I have been trying to solve a problem that as developed with a program,
every time i try to run it crashes the computer, i cannot get to the bottom
of it so i am looking to format my computer, can anybody tell me how to go
about this, did one earlier this year but somehow i partioned my hard drive
and i think this is the reason i cannot do a defrag on this hard driver, so
this is why i think its best to do a total reinstall ( pain i know ).
