Toshiba tablet pc

I'm using the Toshiba Protege 3505 tablet pc, and I was
using the tablet input panel (kind of a virtual keyboard
for the pen touch screen) I tried to move the input panel
window and it disappeared. Trying to reopen the program,
restarting the computer, and turning it off doesnt bring
it back. Any suggestions?
