The top of type is cut off in outlook 2007. Not all emails, some are normal.
Started a few weeks ago after solving a problem with the font in emails
starting out light tan. Once I selected MS word 2007 to be my email editor
that problem was fixed and this one started.

That's not even a valid action for Outlook 2007. What exactly did you do?

One of my users is having the same issue. We are running Outlook 2007 and
the rest of the MS Office applications are 2003. Her default mail format
type is HTML - and the tops of characters (when she is typing in the body of
a new e-mail message) are cut off. It also happens if I change the format to
Rich Text. I have tried changing fonts, creating a new Outlook profile, and
running a repair on Office 2007 - but nothing has fixed the problem.

Any suggestions?
