I had Comcast and when they installed the 'software' it so kindly added at
the top of the windows screen ......"Outlook Express provided by Comcast"
same thing for IE. I'd like to remove that.

Also, I posted an earlier email about removing items from the right click
menu, is there any other way besides d/l that shell extention program thing?

thanks again!!

Using that program is about as easy as you'll get to manage right click
menu items, however here are some links on how to do it manually in the
registry. Warning: if you mess something up in the registry it could
mess up the system or make it not boot. Make sure you have a backup of
the registry before proceeding. I suggest using ERUNT. Make sure you
read up on the documentation about how to recover the registry from a
backup in case there are problems.

Just search the web for "Remove Outlook Express Title Bar" or the
keyword "Branding". You'll find plenty of step-by-step instructions
for the modification you desire.
