Top margins disappeared!

I don't know what I pressed, but the top margin spaces have dissappeared when
I have Word in the print layout view whenever I open a new Word file. The top
and bottom margins are set at 1", left/right at 1.25". My saved files don't
look like that and have the spaces up on top. Please let me know how to turn
the top and bottom margins back on.
