Top Margin Trouble w/Normal Template

Help Again

I've tried every suggestion I could find and have fixed many problems, thank
you all! However, I still have one I can't solve. The top margin is gone when
I'm in View>Print Layout. This has always been my preferred mode for writing,
but Outlook keeps changing the template and this time I can't fix it. Oddly
enough, when I type a line and it shows up at the very top of the page, when
I switch to Print Preview the margins are correct. I've renamed Normal to Old
Normal which caused Word to create a new Normal that is pefectly fine when
right clicked and opened from the Application Data>Microsoft>Templates
folder. But when I open Word to Document 1 the problem is there again. I
suspect it's got something to do with the settings of how Word is opening
Normal, but I can't figure it out. All help is greatly appreciated.

THANK YOU GRAHAM! I knew it was going to be something simple. And thanks also
to Suzanne & Jay...What? Are you 3 sitting in the same room together? LOL! I
can't thank the 3 of you enough. I tried to rate you guys, but I guess it
takes a while to show up.
