toolstrip button icons ? (Build a Program Now!)

I'm working my way through 'Build a Program Now!' and am adding Tool
Strips and Buttons to my Browser, that I am creating. I've again come
across the problem of the icons for the 'Forward' 'Back' 'Stop'
'Refresh' etc. It say's browse the hard disk for the icon(s), where do
I find these?

I did a Search for 'Forward' on my hard drive, I found one under my
Dreamweaver directory and a couple in the NVidia directory. I can't find
anything re: Chapter6 ?
