Hi All,

I have just began work as a Network/Desktop Engineer and was wondering if
there are any Tools which could make my job easier and would diagnose
problems.

Any information will be greatly received.

Not really just a whole load of knowledge and experience.
Depending on your level of experience i would suggest you get to grips with
the basics.

Ping
Ipconfig
Nslookup
nbtstat

etc.
