Tools Menu

When I go in my tools menu then into internet options,
the menu that has the option to set your home page,
delete cookies. etc is no longer. The menu that comes up
has 5 tabs as follows, Security, Privacy, Content,
Connections, Advanced. How do I get the other menu back???

Just wanted to say thanks. That regedit worked great. I
am fairly new getting behind the scenes with these
applications. Thanks for the prompt response.
