I have recently reinstalled XP and found that I have been
locked out of the above option thus not being able to set
my home page.
How do I overcome this ? Help Please

Visit http://www.kellys-korner-xp.com/xp_tweaks.htm and click on
Item No. 268 (Restore All Tabs under Internet Explorer).

NOTE: If your anti-virus software warns you of a "malicious" script,
this is normal if you have "Script Safe" or similar technology enabled.
These scripts are not malicious, but they do make changes to the System
Registry.
