Does any utility that can capture the desktop activity for audit
purpose? Like a Security Video camera?

Sure. Keyboard loggers can do that, but I would check with legal/personnel
dept before implementing that on an employee. --- Steve

I am sure there are, a lot of trojans/remote control programs use them.
