"Tools" button has disappeared from email inbox.

Across the top of my email inbox are several menus - file, edit, view, etc.
I used to have "tools" which was full of useful buttons but the other day it
disappeared. Anyone know how I can get it back?

Right click the Menu bar, select "Customize", go to the "Commands" tab,
scroll the "Categories" list down to "Menu Bar", click it, click and hold on
the "Tools" entry and drag it back up to the Menu bar.

I was able to do everything up through finding Tools under Categories, but I
can't seem to drag it out. I tried both left- and right-clicking it to hold
it and it wouldn't pull. I tried other things in the categories as well to
see if it might be just the tools giving me trouble, but I can't catch any of
them. What am I doing wrong?

OK I've fixed it and I may even know how. I did what you said and then went
to the Toolbar heading where there is a button that says Reset. I
highlighted the Menu line, then clicked Reset. It asked me if I wanted to
reset the Menus and I said yes and Tools reappeared on my menu bar. Thanks
for showing me how to even access this stuff. Tools is a bad button to lose.
