CoolWebSearch (CWS) is a spyware program that causes all sorts of problems.
You would be best served by downloading utilities to remove this programs.
With the programs gone, you should be able to use your computer as normal.
To ensure removal of CWS download CWShredder. You can think of this as a
companion to AdAware, and it should catch some varients that AdAware missed.

While this should get rid of CWS, you may have been host to other spyware
programs. For this reason, it's a good idea to get another program, AdAware, to
clean your system of anything else that may be lurking there. . . You can
download AdAware from:
http://www.lavasoftusa.com/support/download/
Once you download and install the program, *_ensure that you have updated it
with the latest definition_*. This will ensure that you will be protected
against the latest versions of such programs.

| Somehow my toolbars got locked in IE 6

| I beleive I somehow recieved a program called isearch which attached itself to
my toolbar heading and locked all of it so I can't move or customize it at all.
