Toolbars Vanishing?

I have two toolbars that I am unable to view - the Yahoo
bar and eBay's toolbar. I know a while back I ran Norton
AntiVirus and that's when the toolbars disappeared. They
seem to be installed, but I can't see them. I have
uninstalled and reinstalled them and the system thinks
they are there. What can I do?

I know you've probably already done this, but I have to ask: did you
look in Internet Explorer's View>Toolbars menu to make sure they are
selected? Also, do you have any spyware removal tools running that have
an "immunize" feature like Spybot S&D does? If so, perhaps that feature
is interfering?
