Toolbars and Macros in workbook

I'm working on a spreadsheet with several toolbar buttons which run macros.
Both the toolbars and the macros are saved with the workbook. However, when I
bring the workbook to another machine, and click on the button, Excel reports
that it cannot open another copy of the same spreadsheet.

When I check the toolbar configuration, the macro associated with the button
has the pathname from the first machine in it.

Is there some way of saving toolbars and macros in the workbook, and _not_
lose the connection between macro and button?

hi,
custom toolbars and button are machine specific. you will
have to create the toolbars programaticly in the wb open
event for them to work on another machine.

Can you make the same path to the workbook on the second pc?

Exactly the same drive letter, exactly the same folders and exactly the same
filename?

If yes, then try putting that workbook in the same exact location.

If no, then you may find it easier to build those toolbars on the fly (like
anonymous wrote).
